Returns Policy

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges: Customers are requested to include the original packaging, manuals, and all product components with their return. Shipito Auto Marine reserves the right to decline returns or levy additional fees if the merchandise does not meet the original packaging and ready-to-sell condition criteria.

Please note that outboard motors and other products are returnable. For all other products, refunds for returns must be initiated within 10 days, excluding shipping and handling fees. Returns for store credit or exchanges must be processed within 30 days. Special orders are not eligible for returns. Items are replaced only if found defective or damaged, provided notification is made within 10 days. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product from the customer. Customers must notify Shipito Auto Marine within 10 days to qualify for a refund and furnish a tracking number.

Shipping: All major units available for online purchase are shipped via UPS or a freight carrier determined by Shipito Auto Marine’s logistics team. To buy a major unit unavailable in the cart, please contact the Sales Team at +1 719-430-5893. Most items not available for online purchase will require delivery through a freight carrier or specialized boat hauler.

Additional shipping costs may apply for shipments to remote locations and destinations outside the continental US, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and isolated areas and islands in the Florida Keys, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, and Washington. In rare instances of orders from these areas, a Shipito Auto Marine representative will confirm shipping details and rates. Customers can then cancel the order at no cost or cover additional freight fees.

For parts orders, shipping is offered via UPS Ground or USPS Priority, determined by Shipito Auto Marine’s logistics team. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Please note that the cutoff time for same-day shipping is Noon, noon PST, Monday to Friday. Expedited processing cannot be guaranteed without prior contact.

Flat rate shipping applies only to the lower US 48 states, excluding specific special delivery locations like the Florida Keys and other remote areas and islands. Free shipping covers the base transportation cost and excludes additional fees like oversized fees, residential delivery charges, limited access fees, lift gate fees, expedition fees, etc. Additional fees are disclosed during checkout on the product and checkout pages.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and are advised to obtain a tracking number for their shipments. Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of returned packages.

During peak seasons, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping of all major units. Orders are processed in the order received. Slight shipment delays might occur due to increased order volume. Shipito Auto Marine is actively enhancing its services to accommodate this surge in demand. Thank you for your cooperation.
